Bloomfield Emergency Services
Since 1961 we have been a volunteer ambulance service operating in the Township of Bloomfield in Essex County, New Jersey.
Bloomfield Parking Utility
Working with the Township Administrator, the Mayor and Council, the Bloomfield Parking Utility will set policy and establish goals to enhance parking availability and enforcement to better serve our residents and customers.
The Department is responsible for various land use and development related activities throughout the Township including construction and zoning permits. The Department also handles the CDBG program and is the administrative staff for the Historic Preservation Commission and Rent Leveling Board.
Department of Engineering
The Finance Department is responsible for overseeing tax collection, the payment of Township bills, processing purchase orders, and more.
