 Following the inspection, a placard is posted at the establishment reflecting its compliance:

Satisfactory (White Placard with Black Border):

This indicates the establishment meets all sanitation and safety regulations.

Conditionally Satisfactory (Yellow Placard):

Minor violations were found. The establishment is given a specified timeframe to address the issues and ensure compliance.

Unsatisfactory (Red Placard):

Serious violations posing a potential health risk were identified. The establishment may be required to close until corrective actions are taken.

Complaint Investigations:

The Health Department investigates complaints from the public regarding sanitation or safety concerns at beauty salons, barber shops, and tattoo and massage therapists.
