January 14, 2025 - BLOOMFIELD, N.J. - The Township of Bloomfield has awarded a strategic communications contract to Tara Dowdell Group (TDG), an award-winning, social good public relations and marketing agency. The contract was granted through a rigorous and open Request for Proposal (RFP) process, reflecting Mayor Jenny Mundell’s pledge to enhance community engagement and transparency.
Tara Dowdell Group, a minority-and-woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE), will work closely with the Mayor’s Office and other departments to develop and implement strategic communications initiatives, including public relations campaigns, digital outreach, and messaging that highlights important community programs, services, information, and events. TDG will also prioritize accessibility and inclusivity by providing translation services for key communications. The goal is to increase and strengthen communication with all Bloomfield residents and ensure that vital municipal information and resources are accessible to everyone.
