Bloomfield Fire Department Enters Agreement With the Compliance Engine to Increase Efficiency and Strengthen its Ability to Protect Bloomfield
The agreement will help the department reduce time spent administering fire code requirements as well as increase ability to enforce and verify compliant fire protection systems
BLOOMFIELD, NJ -- The Bloomfield Fire Department has entered an agreement with The Compliance Engine which will allow the department to increase efficiency and strengthen its ability to protect Bloomfield residents. This partnership is a tremendous step forward for the Department that already does a great job keeping Bloomfield residents safe.
“This partnership between our Fire Department and The Compliance Engine is important to the public safety of our residents,” said Mayor Michael Venezia. “Ultimately this will increase the efficiency of our Fire Prevention Bureau.”
The Compliance Engine (TCE) is a web based technology service and analytic suite that helps fire prevention bureaus proactively drive fire code compliance and ensure safer communities. Fire code professionals use TCE to efficiently manage and maximize inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems by third party inspection companies.
“I am so pleased that our Department is taking this step to allow us to better serve our community,” said Bloomfield Fire Official Gennaro Ilaria. “We are always looking for ways to more effectively keep Bloomfield safe.”
