New Jersey Know Your Rights Information Hub
The State of New Jersey has launched a centralized Know Your Rights website to help residents understand their constitutional protections when interacting with federal immigration agents. The site provides clear guidance in multiple languages and is designed to offer accurate, practical information for individuals and families.

NJ Office of the Attorney General – ICE Activity Reporting Portal

The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General has launched an online portal for residents to report interactions with ICE that may involve potential misconduct or civil rights concerns. Residents may submit information, photos, or videos to help the State monitor trends and uphold constitutional protections. The form is available in multiple languages.

Services: Provides outreach, education, and resources for immigrant communities, including an asylum guide and free legal services for income-eligible residents facing deportation.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark

Services: Provides low-cost and pro bono legal assistance for removal defense, asylum, and family petitions. They also offer refugee social services, including cash assistance (RCA), employment readiness, and English language training.
