Zoning Permits
Staff within the Department enforce and administer the local Zoning Ordinance. The zoning officer and staff handle issues pertaining to property uses, setbacks, lot coverage, and other local ordinances.

Planning Board & Zoning Board
The Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment handle all approvals of proposed development and redevelopment within the Township. The administrative duties of the Boards are carried out by Township staff, whose responsibilities include the entire development process, from the organization of a conceptual meeting to assisting the applicant and their professionals with the development application, the public hearing process, and obtaining zoning and construction permits.
