If I plead guilty or I am found guilty of any offense (traffic or criminal) and I am not satisfied with the judgment of the Judge finding me guilty or the sentence that he imposed, what can I do?

Any
person who is dissatisfied with the outcome of their case, they may file an
appeal to the superior court of New Jersey.
1st step is to request a transcript from Bloomfield Municipal court, check or money order made out to G & L Transcribers for $500.00, then you can either ask for an appeal packet at our violations bureau window or you may go to Municipal Court Forms on this website and print it out for yourself.
